This is where you’ll find information about all the ministries available here at Chequamegon Community Church. Let us know if you want to learn more about what is happening at C3 and how you can get involved.
You can serve God no matter what you do, and that includes caring for the resources that He’s blessed us with. Twice a year we hold all-church work days, where we encourage everyone to come out and maintain the building and grounds. We also have several people that take care of maintenance and repair items during the rest of the year. If you’re interested in helping, call the person below!
C3’s CenterShot Archery brings kids, teens, and adults together as they learn archery skills. Classes last 90-120 minutes with a devotion/teaching time from the Bible included. Mentors (who are background-checked) are on site to coach you, and equipment is provided. You’re also welcome to bring your own. Sessions run 8 weeks at a time, and upcoming dates are posted below. Winter sessions are held in the Fellowship Hall of the church building. Spring, Summer, and Fall … more
We want to elevate men. Not to be authoritarian, but to be the leaders God has called them to be. To be the men that they long to be deep inside. Leaders by example, servants at heart, and commanders in God’s army of men; men that He’s breathing life into all over the world. Elevate Men meets at various times of the year for special events. Join us if you’re ready to take who you are to the next level! For more information contact the coordinator below. more
First impressions are critical to any church. The condition of the parking lot, the cleanliness of the entryway, the aroma of the foyer, and whether or not you’re greeted with a smile all speak to you and make you want to be there or not. We’re looking for people to help with these things, as well as door greeters. If you’ve been attending C3 for a while and are ready to make a positive First Impression, see the person below!
On Wednesdays throughout the year, C3 hosts small (8-12 people), home-based meetings in key locations around the Chequemagon Bay region. Sometimes a Bible study curriculum is used; other times it may be less structured. For sure, Life Groups help us dig deeper into God with each other, emphasizing growth and friendships. For more information on dates, times, and what’s being studied, call the church office.
We love babies! Little Sprouts Nursery is open to infants and toddlers up to the 3rd birthday on Sunday mornings at 9:45. Caregivers have completed background checks and undergo occasional training. Nursing mothers are welcome to use our private nursing area in the nursery, which has recently been moved and renovated to accomodate our growing number of babies and pregnant mommies. If you have any questions, contact the coordinator below.
Jesus made it clear in Matthew 28:19-20 and Acts 1:8 that one of His chief desires for the church was to spread the good news of the cross, the empty tomb, and the power of the Holy Spirit for daily living and spreading His word to the world. Missions is a huge part of that. As a church, C3 makes an annual pledge to support missions through the giving of those that attend. We believe that Acts 1:8 gives us a blueprint of how to disburse those funds: 1/3 to support local mission efforts … more
Momentum Women’s purpose is to walk in freedom, build each other up, and advance God’s Kingdom. Momentum Women meets at various times of the year and is open to all adult and teen ladies. It’s a place where women feel safe to share, recharge their batteries, and grow in faith and community. For more information, contact the coordinator below.
Mpact is a fantastic ministry to girls in grades K through 5th. Our girls meet during Family Night on Wednesdays at 6 to learn about God, gain valuable life skills, and develop friendships. For more information or to check on the Mpact calendar, contact the Coordinator below.
Without our Multimedia Team’s ministry, not as many people would benefit from C3. Visual, digital presentations paired with audio technology vastly strengthen the ministry of worship and preaching in the church. As technology rapidly changes the church must change with it, so that we can reach more people with the good news of what Jesus has done and continues to do for us! If you’re interested in serving in this dynamic ministry, please call or email the Coordinator below. more
We believe that passionate prayer must be a vital part of any church, and we’ve made that statement public here at C3. Jesus said that the temple of God should be a “house of prayer,” and while the New Testament clearly teaches that God’s people are now the temples of the Holy Spirit we still believe that a major part of our corporate emphasis should be on prayer. Prayer moves mountains in our lives and in the life of the church, brings vision and … more

Just like the older clubs for kids at C3, our little Rainbows leave Family Night happy and growing! Contact the Rainbows Coordinator below for more information on how … more

We believe strongly in age-specific ministry here at C3. That’s why, after our worship in singing on Sunday mornings, we dismiss kids up through 6th grade to Sunday School classes so they can get a Bible message on their level of understanding. One of our core values is that everyone be presented the message of God’s word in a way they can understand.
Thrive is a 15 week course designed to help believers get a firm grip on what the Bible teaches that a disciple of Jesus Christ is. Whether you’re a person checking out the Christian faith, a new follower of Jesus, or a long-time believer, you’ll gain from Thrive. The next class will be meeting on Sunday nights beginning June 3rd. Workbooks are $20; make sure to bring a Bible (if you have one) and a pen.
Every Sunday morning we take time to worship our great God in music and singing. This is a large part of our Sunday service. You’ll find our style to be what is often referred to as “modern worship.” At C3 we’ve been blessed with talented musicians on electric and acoustic guitars, drums, keyboard, bass, and more, as well as very good vocalists that lead us in worship to God. We hope you’ll enjoy celebrating God and His work in our lives!
